Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, modifications are no longer possible.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping to the US takes 7-15 business days. Express shipping (5-8 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. International orders may take 10-20 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking typically becomes active within 24-48 hours after the parcel is scanned by the carrier. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over USD. This applies to US destinations. International free shipping thresholds may vary.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We will provide a return shipping label and process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We are sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged product.

How do I choose the right size for my pet?
Each product page includes detailed sizing information and breed-specific recommendations. For harnesses, measure your dog's chest girth (the widest part of the ribcage) and neck girth. If you are between sizes, we recommend going one size up. Still not sure? Send us a WhatsApp message with your pet's breed, weight, and measurements.
Are your products safe for puppies and kittens?
Most of our products are suitable for puppies (12 weeks+) and kittens (8 weeks+). Each product page specifies the recommended age range. For very young animals, always supervise play sessions with toys and check sizing carefully for harnesses and beds.
